Because each Ken Jade piece is made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, fit, or change of mind. To help you choose the best fit, we provide detailed size guides on every product page.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. In special curcimstances, please don't hesitate to reach out if the product is not up to your satisfaction. Store Credit may be applied.
